Pastor Dave A. Aucoin
Executive Director
Thank you for visiting this website today! My name is Dave Aucoin and I serve as the President of the Rhode Island Family Institute formerly the Family Policy Alliance of Rhode Island. We are also part of a national alliance with a presence in 40 states and networked with three other well-known and effective Faith and Family ministries such as: Focus on the Family, Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) and the Family Research Council located in Washington DC.

In today's broken world, the battle requires not only courage but a steadfast commitment to make meaningful strides in support of families amid the complexities of today’s culture war. This endeavor is not for the faint of heart; it calls for individuals who are willing to stand firm in their beliefs and advocate passionately for the values that uplift families. We can navigate the challenges that lie ahead and create an environment where God is honored, religious liberty flourishes, families thrive and life is cherished. Let us embrace this important journey together, recognizing that our actions today lay the foundation for a more hopeful and resilient future for generations to come.
America Going Forward -
Will It Be Revival or Judgment!
My wife and I watched the whole funeral service for Charlie Kirk on Sunday. As a pastor I have done many funerals where the family wanted the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be shared as part of the ceremony. However, sharing the Gospel and an invitation to accept Christ was not just a part of Charlie Kirk’s memorial service, it permeated the whole service which lasted 5 hours. Social media has been on fire as literally millions (and maybe even a billion worldwide) have watched or read about it.
It was such a unique service. Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire and Al Mohler, well-known President of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary as well as many others expressed amazement that so many well-known people and high-ranking administration officials would so clearly proclaim the gospel. “Every speech for five hours in a row declared Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. We’ve never seen anything like this!”

Through this tragedy, this could be the beginning of revival.
